• FirstCoins is First Hotels' digital currency. 1 FirstCoin = 1 NOK.
• Earn 2-5% in FirstCoins, every time you stay* or shop with us and use it to pay for your next stay.
• The more you stay with us, the more FirstCoins you earn.

• Use FirstCoins to fully or partially pay for your stay, either on our website or at our hotels.
• Enjoy your FirstCoins for three full years from the earning day.
• You can use your FirstCoins at most hotels and on all dates, exceptions are at our partner hotels/by First Hotels*.
• Log into your First Member account to see and use your FirstCoins. Choose "Pay with FirstCoins" in the end of your booking process.

• Have you stayed with us and not received your FirstCoins? You earn FirstCoins on all stays booked through our website or with valid contract rates.
• FirstCoins are not earned on overnight stays booked through third-party websites, free night redemptions, or SJ bonus nights, tour operators, sponsor rates, or other special agreements.
• Want to retroactively register for FirstCoins? Log in to your membership profile and contact us via the contact form.
• The deadline for retroactive registration is 6 months after checkout.

• The membership consists of four levels: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black. The higher the level, the more benefits you receive as a First Member. These include earning between 2-5% FirstCoins on your stays, access to early check-in, late check-out, two-for-one stays, room upgrade opportunities, and more. Read more about the benefits in the summary below.
• How many nights do you need to stay to reach the different membership levels?
  *The first membership level, Silver, is automatically granted when you become a new member. You retain this level for four overnight stays.
  * You reach the second membership level, Gold, after the fifth night.
  * You achieve the third membership level, Platinum, when you have stayed 10 nights.
  * You reach the fourth and highest membership level, Black, after staying 30 nights.
• When you reach a new membership level during the 2-year earning period, you will not only retain it for the remaining time of the period but also throughout the entire following 2-year period. After that, the level will be reassessed based on how many nights you have stayed during the period, in a fair and predictable manner.
